- Never automate pastoral care. A grief message is not a tool call.
- Disclose plainly when AI helped draft a communication.
- Guard the flock's data as the trust it is.

Does this free a person *for* ministry, or quietly replace the human touch that *is* the ministry? Keep the first; refuse the second.
